Medical weight loss is the process of losing weight with a personalized combination of  medication, diet and exercise under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Medications are tailored to each individual and are prescribed to decrease appetite and/or stimulate metabolism.

We do NOT accept insurance. We provide discounted subscription plans and non-membership, pay-as-you-go plans as well. We will provider a superbill at the end of each visit for possible insurance reimbursement but cannot guarantee that all insurances will reimburse your visits. 

I require written notice (email) within 14 days of subscription renewal. This does not apply to a la carte packages. Medication already shipped to patient can not be returned or refunded.
